‘South Africa’s biggest gold and platinum mining companies have suspended production because of a spate of recent power cuts. They took the drastic measure after state power company Eskom said it could not guarantee supplies, raising fears of miners being trapped underground… Minerals and Energy Minister Buyelwa Sonjica said electricity rationing would be introduced as a “quick-hit” solution.’ Power supplies to surrounding African countries have already been cut back.’ It seems that the once wealthy and powerful country of South Africa is picking up pace in its spiral down the tubes.

Meet Jacob Zuma, soon to be South Africa’s new president, a man who calls himself “Zulu Boy” and marches to a tune called “Bring Me My Machine Gun.” Known to his supports as “JZ,” Mr Zuma has worried many Afrikaners with a particularly violent and racist campaign for the presidency. As well, ‘Zuma has signaled his intent to “Africanize” the country, and there are rumors he plans to seize some white-owned South African farms. In neighboring Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe’s “Africanization” land-reform policies have brought famine to his country through the seizure of white-owned farms.’

In addition to the violence that has surrounded Mr Zuma, there are criminal and moral considerations. “During [a recent] rape trial, Zuma took a “short skirt” excuse, claiming it was his duty as a Zulu warrior to have sex with a woman if she wore a short kanga (an African wrap), and that he could not leave her “unfulfilled….” According to his defense team, Zulu men have sexual primacy over women. Therefore, he could not be guilty… During the subsequent trial, thousands of Zuma’s supporters congregated outside the courthouse, chanting “kill the b****” and pelting the accuser with rocks as she arrived each morning. She was given police protection due to death threats. At one point, Zuma was caught attempting to bribe the victim’s aunt with an offer of two cows and a new garden fence in exchange for persuading the victim to withdraw the allegations.’

It is incredible to believe, but “Zulu Boy” is South Africa’s future – at least for now. White South Africans have more than enough reason to worry. Afrikaner farmers in particular could be targeted for even more violence and marginalization.

‘Wian [Prinsloo - a young Afrikaner], still in 11th grade, already wants to move overseas, too, despite a comfortable upper-middle-class life. “I just don’t think we can survive here,” he said. “It feels like the blacks in this country are trying to get us to leave.”‘ As the situation in South Africa worsens, more and more White South Africans are fleeing the country. Meanwhile a huge number of illegal aliens from Zimbabwe is increasing the Black population, adding to the great racial disparity in the country in terms of numbers. The article quotes an expert saying, “We’ve created this rainbow nation, but a lot of that rainbow is running away… Fifty years in the future, South Africa’s white population could be 2 or 3 percent of the national population. I’d be surprised if it was that much.”

Why are Whites fleeing the country? As the article explains, ‘A major factor is crime. South Africa’s murder rate is eight times that of the U.S., with 50 killings a day. Most victims are poor and black, but violent crimes, including carjackings and home invasions, are common in largely white areas. In March, 70 percent of whites living in big cities told pollsters that crime had gotten worse.’

The situation for Afrikaners and for Occidental people in general in South Africa is deteriorating by the day. The article below goes into a few of the manifestations of cultural imperialism being imposed upon the Afrikaners.

‘The current celebration of Heritage Day is merely symbolic because the heritage of all is not being maintained in practice, the Afrikanerbond said on Sunday. “It is especially Afrikaans-speaking people who are confronted with ill-considered place-name changes, which are part of our heritage,” Afrikanerbond managing director Jan Bosman said in a statement. “We are confronted with the downscaling of Afrikaans at schools and tertiary institutions as well as one of the official languages in the civil service.”‘

This article talks about Radio Pretoria and the remaining defiant Afrikaners. ’For many of Radio Pretoria’s 130,000 listeners, descendants of 17th and 18th century Dutch and French Huguenot and German Protestant migrants, shows like Gray Power provide comfort in a world of change and remind older listeners in particular of a bygone age when Afrikaners ruled and, says Diedericks, “standards were maintained.” The African National Congress wants “to create one nice big rainbow nation, which to us is completely unacceptable,” Diedericks says… Judging by support for political parties, most Afrikaners now reject the idea of a separate white nation, but a significant minority still dream of an autonomous Afrikaner volkstaat (homeland).’

The war to erase Afrikaner history in South Africa by the current criminal regime has hit a bump along the road. ‘A South African court has blocked the government from changing the name of the country’s capital, Pretoria, on road signs and billboards, fuelling a racially charged debate over efforts to change names dating back from the colonial and apartheid periods. As Pretoria High Court Judge Bill Prinsloo issued an injunction on Tuesday, barring Pretoria’s municipal government from changing the city’s name to Tshwane pending another court hearing, angry protesters formed distinct black versus white camps outside court, and shouted racial obscenities at each other… The white group, representing the opposition Freedom Front Plus and the Democratic Alliance, sang the Boer Die Stem anthem and the Bok van Blerk protest hit De la Rey [click here to see our blog on this and watch the moving video - ed]. They claimed victory as they held placards denouncing what is perceived to be government threats to Afrikaner history and nationhood. But the ANC warned pressure groups opposed to the name Tshwane not to tempt the ruling party into renaming the entire area incorporating Pretoria into a new greater municipality. “The Freedom Front Plus, AfriForum and other parties should be grateful we still have the name Pretoria. They should not tempt us into renaming this small suburb,” said the ANC regional secretary in Tshwane, Blanco Mabaso.’ More threats, as usual, from the ANC communists. Southrons, doesn’t this sound familiar? We’re experiencing much the same (though less violent because of demographic differences) in Dixie from the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and other anti-Southron hate groups. These efforts to erase history are really efforts to erase cultures and peoples – that’s the real agenda behind the hate.

‘As conditions in Zimbabwe – where inflation is about 5,000 per cent and unemployment 80 per cent – reach meltdown, the daily influx into South Africa, the continent’s wealthiest country, has reached proportions described as a “human tsunami.”’ The South African government has done little or nothing to stem the tide. In the US, Federal inaction on illegal immigration has sparked a dramatic rise in citizen volunteer groups. In South Africa the oppressed Afrikaner Boers (Afrikaans for “farmer”), a tiny percentage of the population, are leading public efforts to stop the invasion. ‘The farmers, all of them white and wearing the telltale uniform of the Afrikaner farmer – tight shorts and khaki shirts, pistols at the waist – are members of the Transvaal Agricultural Union (TAU). They have formed military-style units, known as Plaaswag [farm patrols], to police the border. They say that they are there to protect themselves from crime but critics say that they are little more than white vigilante groups trying to reassert their dominance. “We are not a vigilante group, we are not here to take away the rights of people just to protect ourselves. The TAU looks after our members because we feel that the security forces are not [doing] the job,” said Ms Helm. The farmers blame the Zimbabwean influx for at least 30 per cent of the crimes which take place in the area and say that in the absence of government action they have no choice but to make citizen’s arrests and protect their interests.’
